Paphiopedilum Lady Isobel is widely regarded as one of the finest primary multifloral Paphiopedilum hybrids ever produced. It combines the best attributes of both parents, delivering large, colourful flowers with excellent form, while benefiting from the vigour and ease of growth typical of primary hybrids.
This particular version, bred by Orchid Inn, is sure to be a standout. It uses one of their largest clones of Paph. stonei - ‘Flying Angel’ - which first bloomed with an impressive five flowers. This is paired with Paph. rothschildianum ‘Rising Sun’, selected for its striking, almost horizontal petals.
Grows best in bright, slightly diffuse light, intermediate to warm conditions, high humidity and good air movement. Water throughout the year, allowing the mix to slightly dry out between watering.
